Terms & Conditions

The agreements that protect your event and our craft — written with the same care we bring to every pour.

Bookings & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a date, with the balance due before the service date.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be communicated promptly.

Event Policies

  • We are not responsible for restrictions at the event venue that may affect our service.
  • We offer 4 to 5 hours of service depending on your event. Clients should endeavor to communicate the correct time the event starts to better aid our service and keep to our timeframe.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control we will communicate as soon as possible & issue a full refund.
  • If the client wants a cancellation 2 weeks or more before the event, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels a week or less to the date of the event.
